Purchased this item online from the site, asked to get it shipped to Canada. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, Item was ordered brand new from a supplier and shipped directly using fedex overnight to me to avoid any delay. Item arrived in impeccable condition, installation was a breeze, my very old pepsi machine now works and cools down like never before.... This fan motor did the job and I am almost tempted to get a spare one. Anytime something goes wonky with my old machine, I will return here and get the parts to keep it alive. (Machine is a Dixie Narco dncb180)
